My favorite flavor is usually something sweet....pink cotton candy. I need to see a list to really pick the best! Unfortunately there's not any I don't like, that I can think of. We used to try all the ones with funky names: Monster Juice (when Monsters Inc came out), tiger's blood, etc...Some we liked, others we fed the flowerbed with!

Boys Will Be Boys

Wow!! It is so amazing to me how different boys are from girls. Our precious little boy, whom we wouldn't trade for anything, is into EVERYTHING. Since Cade was deployed for most of Delaney's toddler time, he will ask if she was like Braxton. And the answer is usually "I don't remember," but when it comes to his curiosity, "No! She was nothing like this!" We are constantly picking up messes and finding areas we forgot to baby-proof! It is really funny (most of the time) to see what he's into next.

Funny Man

I don't usually write much about Cade because he's just not as cute as the kids, but Sunday morning he CRACKED me up!! We were getting ready for church and I look over and he's really concentrating on his shaving cream in his hand. I'll just let the picture explain.....

Fun in the Sun

It definitely feels like summer even though it won't officially be summer for a couple more weeks. I was drenched just laying out the slip-n-slide. The kids kept cool today by playing in the water. Well....briefly played in the water.....Braxton was more interested in playing in the dead plants, and Delaney would rather be in Braxton's pool. Kids--just can't please 'em!

Summer, Summer.....

SUMMERTIME! I think we started a new tradition to kick off summer. Remember Delaney making me breakfast in bed for Mother's Day? Well, she told her Dad that she would love to have breakfast in bed. So this morning after getting Mr. B Man settled with his waffle and juice in his high chair, I took Delaney her breakfast. She thought it was so cool. So I will have to remember to do that next summer too. I just wish I would have been the one to think of it so it would have been a REAL surprise to her.

Date Night

Yes.....Cade and I had a date (sort of) tonight! Delaney went to a "Welcome Summer" sleepover, and a friend offered to keep Braxton. So we took advantage of the alone time. We went to our favorite Italian restaurant, Pompei. Then we just walked around the mall. We had a late start, so we didn't have time to have a full dinner and movie date, but we certainly didn't want to go home TOO early! We sort of felt lost not pushing a stroller, and telling Delaney to keep walking so we don't run over her heels, and "No, you can't buy something at every store." We stopped at the cookie place and picked up cookies for my friend that kept Braxton, and even got one for Delaney when she gets home tomorrow. Well, of course we had our share as well....Cade's favorite is sugar, and mine is M&M.
